The EFFI Studios, completed in 2023, offer fully furnished apartments with modern design and custom made furniture. Thanks to the nearby U2 station Donaustadtbrücke, residents have a fast and convenient connection to Vienna’s city center.
The apartments are equipped with high speed WiFi, a UHD smart TV in every studio, as well as underfloor heating and ceiling cooling, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
